By accessing or using RelaxMap ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

2. Use of Service

RelaxMap is a directory platform that connects clients with relaxation service providers including salons, spas, and independent practitioners. You may use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations
• Transmit or post any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its related systems
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to collect data from the Platform without prior written consent
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information about your business or services

3. Content Policy

RelaxMap is an adult-oriented platform intended exclusively for users who are 18 years of age or older. By using the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

All services listed on the Platform must be legal in the jurisdiction where they are offered. The Platform does not permit the listing or promotion of any illegal services. Service providers are solely responsible for ensuring that their services comply with all applicable laws.

Business listings must accurately represent the services offered. Misleading descriptions, false pricing, or fraudulent reviews are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal of your listing.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these policies or that we determine, at our sole discretion, is inappropriate for the Platform.

4. Payments and Billing

Paid subscription plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All prices are listed in US dollars unless otherwise stated. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months of service, except where required by applicable law.

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance and will not affect the current billing period.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Platform or contact us to request account deletion.

All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

6. Disclaimer

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

RelaxMap does not endorse, verify, or guarantee the quality, legality, or availability of the services listed on the Platform. Any transactions between clients and service providers are solely between those parties. RelaxMap is not responsible for any disputes, damages, or losses arising from such transactions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RelaxMap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
